Blinking City, along with Tribe Communication, created an eight-episode documentary series about the world of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. It’s the first film to cover the entire supply chain of Parmigiano Reggiano,

from the pastures to the milk, the production process, the aging process, and other steps along the way until it reaches the kitchens of big-time chefs.
